If you created a company account by mistake

If you're an employee and can't see any shifts or are being asked to pay, you may have created a company account by mistake.

If you're an employee and are looking to be added into your company's RotaCloud account, you need to sign up using the link in your RotaCloud invitation email.

If you've signed up using the Sign Up button on the website, or in the app, you've probably created a company account instead. If that's the case, your employer/manager won't be able to add you into their RotaCloud account.

To rectify this, just get in touch with us through live chat (or ask your employer/manager to do so), and we can delete the account you created.
