RotaCloud offers monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions are rolling, so once you pay for a month or year it will automatically renew the following month/year provided your billing details are still entered.
RotaCloud operates on a per user price plan, meaning your account automatically selects your subscription based on the number of employees you have on your account at the time of entering your billing details.
For monthly subscriptions, you will only pay for the number of users on the account for that month. If the number of users increases or decreases each month, your subscription will increase or decrease accordingly.
For annual subscriptions, you will pay an up front, annual cost based on the number of users on your account at that time. If you add additional users on to your account, you will be notified that you will be charged for these users, and will be given 5 days to remove these users from your account if you do not wish to be charged.
If after 5 days you have not removed the users from your account, you will receive a pro-rated invoice charging you for the new users. Refunds will not be issued for upgrades to your subscription.
Subscription payments are securely processed using Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb) - a globally recognised and trusted payment processor.
