All clocking records on timesheets require approval from an account admin or manager. To approve your employee clocking times, head to the Attendance page via the blue navigation bar at the top of RotaCloud.
Any unapproved timesheets will be highlighted on the left-hand side of the page.
If you click on the employee to view their timesheet, their unapproved records will be highlighted in yellow.
Once you are happy that the timesheet is in order, click the green Approve button at the top-right of the page.
Alternatively, you can approve records individually by clicking the three dots and selecting Approve.
