If you ever need help with anything (to do with RotaCloud!) you have a few options:
- Our knowledge base.
- Live chat. To access Live Chat, click the blue bubble in the bottom-right. We're around Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. At those times you'll generally get a response within 15 minutes. Outside of those times, we aim to respond as soon as possible on the next working day. Our support team is based in the UK at RotaCloud HQ.
- We're happy to give you a call if you'd prefer to speak to someone over the phone. We don't publish our phone number but you can request a call by speaking to our support team on live chat.
If you've just started your trial and you'd like a full online demo of the software with a member of the RotaCloud team, you can request a demo via live chat. Demos are free and generally take around 45 minutes.
