If you ever need help with anything (to do with RotaCloud!) you have a few options:

  1. Our knowledge base and our video help guides.
  2. Live chat. To access Live Chat, click the blue bubble in the bottom-right. We're around Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. At those times you'll generally get a response within 10 minutes. Outside of those times, we aim to respond as soon as possible on the next working day. Our support team is based in the UK at RotaCloud HQ.
  3. We're happy to give you a call if you'd prefer to speak to someone over the phone. We don't publish our phone number but you can request a call by speaking to our support team on live chat.
