Here is a quick breakdown of the RotaCloud Icons and what they represent.

Note Icon

This icon is displayed when notes have been added to a shift. You can view these by clicking on the shift.

Shift Swap

This icon is displayed when a shift swap has been approved by a manager/administrator.

Unavailability

These Icons are displayed when an employee has requested unavailability for a shift. The green icon shows that a request has been approved, and the red shows that the request has been denied.
