You can prevent, or 'Exclude' an employee from syncing with RotaCloud in your breathe account.

To do this, the integration needs to be already active. Then, access your breathe account and select the required employee's profile.

Select 'More' and then 'Permissions'

On this page, locate the box that is marked 'Exclude from RotaCloud Integration' and set this to 'Yes'.

This employee will now no longer feed through to RotaCloud. If they are already present as an employee on RotaCloud, then they will be removed.
