If you wish to remove an employee out of RotaCloud, you can do so by following these steps.
1.) Mark the employee as an ex-employee on breatheHR
To do this access your breatheHR account and select 'Employees' after selecting the employee you wish to remove, access the employee profile and under 'Employee Status' mark them as an ex-employee.
Once updated this employee will no-longer appear on your employee list on RotaCloud.
If the employee is still not removed it maybe due to the fact that the employee was added before the integration took place.
To remove the employee you will need to un-link the accounts, remove the employee from RotaCloud by going to 'Company>Employees' and then removing them from the employee list.
If you then re-integrate the accounts these employees will no longer appear.
