If RotaCloud won't let you add an email address to an employee's profile, there could be several reasons behind it.

First, they could be a deleted employee. If you're trying to re-add an employee who has been in your RotaCloud account in the past, you can restore them by going to your Past Employees page.

Another possibility is that the employee has created a company account by mistake. If you think that might be the case, please get in touch with us via live chat and the team can free up the email address for you.

The final possibility is that the employee works for, or has previously worked for, another company which uses RotaCloud. If that's the case, send us a message through live chat and we can help you out.
