RotaCloud can help you to predict costings in advance of your working week by entering Employee wage information into your staff's profiles.

First, set each employee's hourly wage  or salary by going to the 'Employees' page and clicking an employee name, to view their profile, and then navigating to the Wage/Salary tab.

Each employee's weekly wage estimates are tracked under their name on the rota. The weekly estimate for all scheduled staff (including salaried) is tracked in the footer of the rota, as well as totals for each day’s hours, cost and staff.

Please note, annual salaries are only estimated in all calculations.
