Where is the app available?
The RotaCloud app is available to download for free on Android devices, through the Google Play Store.
What's required to use the app?
RotaCloud employees using Android devices will need to be running Android 5.0 "Lollipop" or newer with access to the Google Play Store. RotaCloud Admin or Managers using Android devices will need to be running Android 6.0 "Marshmallow" or newer with access to the Google Play Store. It's not available or supported on Amazon Fire devices.
To run the app, you need an active internet connection. For clocking in, you need to have GPS enabled on your phone, and the RotaCloud app needs permission to access your location.
Setting up the app
Once you have the app installed, you just need to log into it using your email address and RotaCloud password. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, you'll be prompted to enter your 6-digit authentication code after submitting your email address and password.

If you don't have a RotaCloud account yet and you're an employee, get in touch with your manager who can invite you to create an account.
