To view your leave in RotaCloud, click on the plane icon at the bottom of your screen.
This page will tell you how much you have been given as your leave allowance, how much is used, remaining and any approved leave you have been had.
You can also see any requests you currently have pending by clicking 'Requests' at the top of the page.
To put in a new leave request, click the plus icon in the bottom right of your screen.
You can then fill in the details of your leave including the leave type (Holiday or Other Leave), the Start Date and End Date, whether it is for full days (AM-PM) or a half day (AM-AM or PM-PM). You can also choose to add a note to your employer.
Once you have filled out the details of your leave, tap 'Submit Request'.
Once your request has been approved or denied, you will be notified* of what action was taken and your employer can also choose to add a note to you.
Cancelling a Leave Request
If you have submitted a leave request that your employer has not yet actioned, you can cancel it.
To do this, go to the Requests tab at the top of your Leave page and tap on the request you wish to cancel.
Tap 'Cancel leave request' on the pop-up box and then confirm this on the next page by tapping 'OK'.
