If you want someone else to have ownership and control of the data in your RotaCloud account, you can transfer the account to them.
Admins can transfer ownership to other Admins, even if they're not the current account owner.
Click the Cog icon in the top-right.
Click Company Details in the left-side menu.
Select the person you want to transfer ownership to in the Account Owner drop-down.
If you don't see the person you're looking for in the Account Owner drop-down, go to Company → Employees and check the user is an Admin.
What's the difference between an Admin and the Account Owner?
There's no difference in functionality or access level between Admins and the Account Owner. The system just requires you to have one Account Owner as the main point of contact for the account.
