There's a neat time-saving feature in RotaCloud which allows you to add a Leave record to more than one employee at once. This is super-useful for recording bank holidays, or days when multiple staff are/were on holiday.
This can be done retrospectively or for future leave.
- Go to the Leave page
- Click the blue Plus button
- Under the Employee drop-down, click the 'Add to multiple employees' option
- Tick the boxes for the employees you want to add the leave record to. You can use the Select All option to quickly select all employees.
- Fill in the Type, Start Date, End Date and (optional) Message fields.
- Click Add Leave
