RotaCloud helps you to ensure that you regularly schedule the appropriate amount of weekly hours for your staff. Each Employee can have their weekly contracted hours added to their profile on the 'Employees' page.
Once this is set, you will be informed while planning your Rotas if you are under, on, or above their weekly contracted hours.
Each employees scheduled hours are tracked under their name on the rota. When an employee's hours are exactly equal to their contracted hours, it will show in green. However, if the week's hours exceeds their set limit, the number will turn red.
If the week's hours are currently under their contracted hours, they will show in grey.
