Your leave page will show you the amount of leave each user has remaining. These figures will show in different colours to signify how much of their total allowance is left.
Leave remaining colours
The remaining colours are used to show if a user is close to using up all their leave allowance.
The breakdown is shown below:
Green
The employee has 61-100% of their allowance left.
Amber
The employee has 11-60% of their allowance left
Red
The employee has 0-10% of their allowance left, or their allowance is a negative.
The colours will automatically change as staff request leave or their allowance is increased.
