As part of RotaCloud's leave management tool, you can add leave for multiple users at once. This is particularly handy, for example, when adding public holidays or seasonal business hours.
Adding leave for multiple users
Adding leave for for than one user at once can only be done on a desktop. To begin, go to your Leave tab and click the blue plus icon.
You'll then see the leave modal - click the 'Employee(s)' dropdown and select the users you'd like to ad the leave for. You can then enter the leave type (to see additional leave types, click 'More'), end date (if different), enter the number of hours assigned to the leave, if it's paid or unpaid, and an optional message to the employees.
Once done, click 'Add leave' and the leave will be visible to the employees and deducted from their leave allowance*.
*Holiday will be deducted from an employee's leave allowance. Public Holiday will be deducted if this is selected in your settings.
