RotaCloud stores a history of all leave requests which have been approved, denied, deleted, or expired (date of leave has passed without action). You can also see who actioned the request and when helping with auditing or simply as a way to check on a past record.
Viewing leave history
Leave history can be viewed by an Admin or Manager user (with the correct permissions). To do this, go to the Leave tab and click on the Tools menu. Here, select 'Request history'.
You'll then see a list of all leave requests showing the date of each request, who made it, the leave type, when it was requested, the response, who actioned it, when, and any message added in the response.
The records will show in order of when they were requested with the most recent at the top of the list. The list can also be filtered to a specific user using the dropdown at the top of the page.
