When an employee is deleted from RotaCloud, some of their past data is stored in the system. This includes shifts, leave, and timesheets.
Viewing leave on the rota
Leave for past dates will be remain in place on the Rotas page. Simply scroll back through the rota to past dates when the user was employed and their shifts and leave will appear - leave can also be hovered to see more information.
The employee will show at the bottom of the rota to indicate they have been deleted.
Viewing leave on the Leave page
When an employee is deleted, their past leave will remain in place but will no longer show on the leave page by default. To view deleted employees and their leave on the Leave page, click the Tools menu and select 'Show deleted'. All deleted users will then show in your list of employees along with all their leave. Deleted employees will be greyed-out to indicate they are past users.
The same steps can be followed to remove past employees from your list again but this time selecting 'Hide deleted'.
