If you're an Admin or Manager level user and have access to total figures for hours and costs on the rota, you can hide these using the sort and filter menu - this is particularly useful if you need to show the rota to your staff but don't want them to see sensitive data.
Hiding hours and costs
On your Rotas page, click the sort and filter menu in the top right of your screen.
You'll then see boxes for both hours and costs - untick these and they will no longer show on the Rotas page under the employees' names, the daily total, or the weekly/monthly total.
To show the costs again, simply follow the same steps but tick hours and costs to view them.
