If you're integrated with breathe, and wish to remove an employee from RotaCloud, you can do so by following these steps:
Exclude the employee from the RotaCloud integration
Mark the employee as an ex-employee on breathe
To mark the employee as an ex-employee, access your breathe account and select People > Our People. After selecting the employee from this list, open the employee's profile, and edit their summary. Here, mark them as Left.
If the employee was added to RotaCloud before the sync took place, they will no longer be able to be deleted from within RotaCloud. To remove the employee you will need to create them a profile in breathe, before following the steps above.
