By default, RotaCloud has pre-set limits on how many Employees, Roles and Locations you can add in your account – this is to ensure that your account runs as fast and smooth as possible without adding any unnecessary strain to the system.

As standard, your account will have the following limits that you cannot exceed:

  • Employees: 500

  • Locations: 100

  • Roles: 250
