There are several places where you can add or remove existing employees from one of your rotas/Locations. This can be done on the Rotas page, in an employee's profile, or on the Locations section.
On the Rotas page on desktop
The quickest way to add or remove employees from your rota is to go to the Rotas tab and then click the Tools menu at the top of the page. You then need to select 'Add/remove employees'.
On the pop-up, simply tick or untick the users you'd like assigned to that rota. Once you've made the selections you need, click 'Save' and you'll be able t o add shifts for them right away.
On the Locations page on desktop
If you need to assign lots of employees to a Location at once, the Locations page is a good option for this. Simply go to 'Company' and then 'Locations' - click on the Location you'd like to add the staff to and scroll down.
You should see a list of all your employees and some will have a green tick next to their name. Those with a green tick are assigned there. Simply tick or untick any staff you need and click 'Save' when done.
In an employee's profile on desktop
This is the best method to use if you need to assign one employee to lots of Locations at once. Start by going to the 'Company' tab and select 'Employees'. Click on the employee you'd like to change and then, in the left-hand menu, select 'Locations'.
You should see a list of all your Locations and some will have a green tick next to their name. Those with a green tick are the ones the employee is assigned to. Simply tick or untick any Locations you need and click 'Save' when done.
In an employee's profile on the app
You can add/remove an employee from a Location on the app by tapping the three lines in the top right corner to access the menu, then tapping Company and Employees.
You'll then see a list of your staff, and can tap on the user you'd like to change.
Across the top of your screen, scroll sideways across the section headings (Employee details, Personal information etc.) and tap 'Locations'.
Tick/untick any Locations you'd like the employee to work at - a green tick means the employee is assigned to work there, and a grey plus means they are not assigned. Once you're done, just tap 'Update'.
