If shifts have been removed by mistake and need to be brought back, or you just need to check on what has been deleted, you can do this on the Rotas page on desktop.
Seeing your deleted shifts
You can view your deleted shifts via the Rotas page. Once there, click the Tools menu at the top of your screen and select 'See deleted shifts'.
You will then see a page with filters across the top which will default to one month prior to the current date and shifts listed below, who deleted the shift, and when it was deleted. The filters can be altered to show your preferred date range, Role(s) or Location(s) of the shifts, and specific employees.
Restoring your deleted shifts
Once your shifts have been filtered down and you've found the ones you need, you can restore them back onto the rota by clicking the 'Restore' button on the right beside the shift you need back. This will then be added back onto the rota for that employee (providing there are no clashes with current shifts) in an unpublished state so the employee won't see it right away.
What deleted shifts can't be viewed/restored
The only deleted shifts that will show in your 'See deleted shifts' section are those which have been deleted directly on the Rotas page. They could have been deleted by opening up a shift and manually deleting it, using the 'Clear week' tool, or using the 'Bulk actions' tool.
Deleted shifts that will not show in the 'See deleted shifts' section are shifts that have been deleted as a result of an employee being deleted* or a Location being deleted. These shifts will be permanently lost.
*When an employee is deleted, their future shifts will be permanently deleted but past shifts will remain.
