RotaCloud allows you to have multiple Locations on one account - each Location you have is a separate rota.
Switching between Locations on desktop
If you have multiple Locations, the Location (rota) you're currently viewing will show in the top left of the screen on the Dashboard or Rotas page. To switch to a different Location, simply click this and select the Location you'd like to view.
If you're on the Dashboard, you will also see the option for 'All Locations'.
Switching between Locations on the app
On the app, the Rotas tab allows you to choose which Location you'd like to view. When you first navigate to the Rotas tab, it will default to 'All locations' at the top of the page - tap this to see a list of your other Locations and choose the one you like.
This shows in the same place for the list-view and week-view.
Who has access to each Location
If you're an Admin user, you will have access to all Locations on your RotaCloud account. Managers will have access to all Locations they are assigned to work at and all Locations they manage*, and employees will only see the Locations they are assigned to work at.
In your account settings (via the cog icon) Admin users can enable 'Employees can view the rotas of locations they are not assigned to' so all employees can view all Locations.
*Managers will need to have the permission to edit the rota if your account is set so that employees can only see themselves on the rota.
