If you have more than one Location on your account, you're able to set the system up to show shifts your employees have at other Locations on each rota.
Changing your settings
If you're an Admin user, you can enable this option in your settings. To do this, click the cog icon in the top right of your screen to access your Settings. Under Rota Settings, near the top of your page, tick the option 'Show shifts from other locations on each rota (admins / rota managers only)'. After a few seconds, you should see a green confirmation message at the top of the page.
Where the shifts show
Once you've enabled this setting, it will take effect on the Rotas page. If you navigate there, you will now see staff have some staff have extra shifts showing in each Location. Shifts that are assigned at different Location will be greyed out and will have a grey marker - this can be hovered to see the Location the shift is on.
This will show the same way on the app when using the grid view on the Rotas tab.
Who can see the shifts
Shifts that show across different Locations are only visible to those who can edit the rota. This includes all Admin users and Managers with the relevant permission. Employees will not be able to view shifts assigned at different Locations on each rota and will need to manually navigate to the Locations themselves to see shifts.
