RotaCloud is currently beta testing our new-look Rotas page. This includes a slick new layout and additional features such as month-view and editing leave from the Rotas page. This can be enabled by an Admin user on your account and will change for all users on your account.
What is beta testing?
Beta testing is the process of testing a software product with real customers before its official release.
Enabling the new-look Rotas page beta
To opt-in to the beta, head to the Rotas page and you should see an option to enable the beta at the top of the page.
Click 'Try it now' and then confirm the change on the pop-up by clicking 'Yes, switch now'.
Alternatively, you can enable the beta by clicking the cog icon in the top right of your screen to access your Settings and, near the top of your page, tick 'Activate new-look Rota Builder'. When you head back to the Rotas page, you will see the new version and have access to the new features.
If you'd like to opt-out of the beta, you can go to your Settings page and untick 'Activate new-look Rota Builder'. You can opt back in at any time by following the steps above.
