If you enter your employees' date of birth and start date in their profile, birthdays and work anniversaries will flag up on the Rotas page for you.
Entering date of birth
In order for birthdays to show, you'll first need to enter the employee's date of birth in their profile. To add this, go to Company and then Employees. Select the user you'd like to add a date of birth for, and select 'Personal Information' from the menu on the left.
Scroll down to the 'Date of Birth' section and use the day, month, and year dropdown to enter the required date then save.
Entering start date
In order for anniversaries to show, you'll first need to enter the employee's start date in their profile. To add this, go to Company and then Employees. Select the user you'd like to add a start date for, and scroll down to see the 'Start Date' section.
Click the 'Start Date' box and use the calendar to enter the date. Once entered, scroll down and click 'Save'.
Viewing birthdays and anniversaries on the rota
Once your dates have been entered, birthdays and anniversaries will be indicated at the top of the rota by a star icon.
Click on this to see the day pop-up and select 'Milestones'. Any birthdays and anniversaries will be indicated here for you.
