Each RotaCloud account must have one Account Owner - this can be any Admin user. Once someone is made the Account Owner, their account cannot be deleted and cannot be changed to a Manager or Employee level account, but they will not have any additional capabilities to other Admins.
Changing the Account Owner
If you need to change the Account Owner, click the cog icon in the top right to access your account settings. From the menu on the left, select 'Company Details' and click the dropdown under 'Account Owner'. Select the new Admin you'd like to transfer ownership to and scroll down to 'Save'.
This user will now be the new Account Owner and, if needed, the previous owner's account can be amended or deleted.
