How to change the currency used in RotaCloud

RotaCloud will default your currency to Pounds Sterling (£) but you can change or remove this in your account settings.

Changing your currency symbols

To change the currency symbols that appear on your Rotas page, Employees page, and Reports page, click the cog icon in the top right of your screen to access your account settings. From the menu on the left, select 'Company Details', then click the 'Currency' dropdown. You can select either Pounds Sterling (£), Dollars ($), or Euros (€).

If none of these match your currency, you can simply remove the symbol completely by selecting the blank space above Pounds Sterling (£).

Once you've made your selection, scroll down and click 'Save'.

Changing your billing country

RotaCloud will always bill in Pounds Sterling but you can change your billing country. To do this, click the cog icon in the top right of your screen to access your account settings. From the menu on the left, select 'Billing'. On the left, under 'Country' select your billing country and click 'Save'.
