How and where to change your global account settings

If you are an Admin user, you are able to change global account settings in RotaCloud - these are the settings that impact everyone in your RotaCloud account.

Global settings

Global account settings are settings that change for everyone in your RotaCloud account. This can be, for example, if staff can request holidays, your billing information, or the business name of your account - these can only be change by an Admin user.

All these settings are controlled by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner of your RotaCloud account. You can then use the menu on the left to navigate to the section you need to change.

Personal settings

Personal account settings are controlled by each user and will only change for themselves. These are things such as notifications, email address, clocking in PIN etc. and every user in RotaCloud has access to change these.

These settings are can be changed by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner of your RotaCloud account. You can then use the menu on the left to navigate to the section you need to amend.
