How do I view my invoices?

Where to see your RotaCloud invoices and their paid status

If you're an Admin user, you're able to see all your past invoices. These will show you the amount paid, VAT, and details of the package paid for.

Viewing invoices

Invoices can be viewed on your Billing page. To access this, click the cog icon in the top right of your page, and select 'Billing' from the menu on the left.

Scroll down to the bottom of your page and your invoices will be listed and dated here. Invoices will either show as paid, unpaid (not yet paid but not past your grace period - you will not lose access if your invoice is showing as unpaid), and overdue (not yet paid and past your grace period - there are a few extra days of grace when your invoice is overdue, but you could lose access).

Click 'View invoice' beside the invoice you'd like to view.

Downloading your invoices

RotaCloud doesn't have a set option for downloading your invoices but you can choose to print as a PDF to download a copy.

To do this, open up the invoice you'd like to download and go to print (this will vary by device but can typically be accessed by pressing Ctrl+p or command+P).

You can then change the 'Printer' or 'Destination' as PDF. When you print, you typically see an option of where you'd like it to save to and, once complete, will have a copy of your invoice saved in that location.

Why is my payment not going through?

If your account is set to auto, payments will be taken from the card on your account whenever due. If payment is not going through, this could be due to insufficient funds on the card, your bank declining the payment, or an expired card. If you have made payment by BACs (bank transfer) please allow at least 24 hours for they payment to be processed. Please also ensure the payment reference added is your invoice number, as this is what will be used to link the payment to your account.
