How to stop payments and and your RotaCloud subscription

Your RotaCloud subscription can be cancelled at any time. To do so, simply call or email the team.

Call - 0330 822 4925

When you cancel your account, you will have access until what would have been your next scheduled billing date, after which, account access will cease and you will not be charged again.

After cancellation, your account data will be kept for a minimum of six months* should you wish to reopen your account with us.

*Data can be kept longer upon request.

Office hours Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm (UK local time).
