How do I cancel my subscription?

How to stop payments and and your RotaCloud subscription

Your RotaCloud subscription can be cancelled at any time. To do so, simply go to your Settings via the cog icon, select Billing from the menu on the left. Here, you can scroll down to your 'Payment method' section and click 'Cancel subscription'. You can then follow the steps complete your cancellation and will receive confirmation to your billing email address.

When you cancel your account, you will have access until what would have been your next scheduled billing date, after which, account access will cease and you will not be charged again.

After cancellation, your account data will be kept for a minimum of six months* should you wish to reopen your account with us.

*Data can be kept longer upon request.
