The RotaCloud Academy allows you to see our upcoming events, take online RotaCloud courses, watch help videos, and access various tools and resources. Signing up only takes a few seconds and will give you full access to all of this completely free of charge.
Signing up to the Academy
To get started, go to academy.rotacloud.com.
You can then sign up through either the 'Our courses' or 'Resources' pages - select one of these at the top of the page.
Our courses (option 1)
Select 'Our courses' from the menu at the top of your page and click the 'Start course' on the course you'd like. You'll then be shown more details about the course and can click 'Start course' again on the next page.
Resources (option 2)
Select 'Resources' from the menu at the top of your page and click on the resource you'd like to download. You'll then see more details about the resource and can click 'Download template'.
You'll then be prompted to set up an account - enter your email address and click 'Continue'. On the next page, enter your name, select a password, a click 'Create account'.
We would recommend using the same email address used to access your regular account RotaCloud for the Academy.
Tick the 'Terms of Service' box (you can click 'Terms of Service' and 'Privacy Policy' for more details) and click 'Get now'.
Your account will now be set up and you can start using all the resources the Academy has to offer.
