RotaCloud offers integrations with breathe and PeopleHR. If you have an integration with either of these systems set up in your account, your leave will be managed there and feed over to RotaCloud.

The PeopleHR integration works by syncing your RotaCloud and PeopleHR accounts feeding over data for employees, leave, locations, roles etc..

A sync will occur around every hour and will update with any changes that have been made in PeopleHR during that time, updating leave. Having an integration set up will stop you adding any leave data directly to RotaCloud - this must be added in PeopleHR for the relevant user.

Disabling your PeopleHR integration will enable all leave capabilities back to RotaCloud and any leave which has fed over will remain in place.

The breathe integration works by syncing your RotaCloud and breathe accounts, feeding over data for employees, leave, etc..

This is a live feed, so each time you navigate to or within a page which requires leave data (Rotas, Attendance etc.) the back of the system will make a request to your breathe account to check if there is any leave for those dates and the leave data will then be pushed from breathe to RotaCloud. (Please be aware, waiting for this data to feed back can cause a slight delay in the loading of the page you are viewing).

Enabling your breathe integration means all leave will be managed in breathe rather than RotaCloud - you will lose access to your RotaCloud Leave page and leave reports.
