If you no longer have a role, you can choose to delete this from your account. This can be done by an Admin user or Manager with the permission to 'Manage Roles'.
Deleting a Role
To delete a role, clock the company tab and select Roles.
You'll then see a list of all your Roles - to delete a Role, click the red 'X' on the right of the screen beside the role name.
You'll then just need to click 'OK' on the pop-up box to confirm you'd like to delete it.
Please be aware, deleting a role will permanently remove it from your account. Shifts assigned to that role will remain in place but will flag in red and you may experience issues when moving the shifts or filtering them using the bulk actions tool.
