If your employer manages their documents in RotaCloud, you may have access to view some of these and sign them. Documents can be signed in your RotaCloud account on desktop.
Signing your document
If you have a document which needs to be signed, you will be notified via email. If you have the RotaCloud app, you can follow the link in this email and it will open up you app for you or you can simply open up your app and tap the three lines in the top right of your screen to open your menu.
Tap on the 'Document' section shown below.
You'll then see a list of all documents you have access to on your account - any which require signing will show as 'Pending signature'.
Tap on the document you wish to sign. Once you're happy, tap 'Sign document'.
You'll then see a screen confirming what information will be collected when you sign the document - this includes name, date, time and IP address. If you're happy to proceed, simply click 'Sign' and your document will be signed.
If you're on a desktop, you can sign your document by clicking the link in the email asking you to 'View & sign document'.
You'll then be taken to your RotaCloud account and will see the document listed on the Documents page (you may be asked to log in first).
Alternative, you can simply log in to your RotaCloud account and go to your 'Documents' section. Click on the document name to download and view it and, once done, click 'Sign'.
You'll then see a pop-up box asking you to enter your name as a signature. Once your name has been entered, click 'Sign document'.
Your employer will then be able to see you have signed your document.
