When working on a Rota, you will view one Location at a time. Employees can be assigned to as many Locations as you need, however if you need to quickly assign an Employee to the Location you’re currently working on, you can do so using the Tools menu.
Click on 'Tools' to open the Tools menu, and then choose 'Add/Remove Employee'. Use the checkboxes to select all of the Employees that you want to appear on this Location, then click ‘Save’.
Note: Administrators will be able to choose from all staff on the account, whereas Managers will be able to choose from all staff that they currently manage.
