The Attendance section contains your employee timesheets. Depending on the activity on your account, these timesheets will flag up in different ways.

A hollow circle means that the timesheet is blank and no action is required.

A green tick means that the timesheet has been approved and is up to date. No action is required.

The yellow flag means that there are missing records.

A grey flag means there are unapproved records requiring attention.

Please note: if there is an unapproved timesheet and records that require attention, then a yellow flag will take priority.
