In the Leave section of RotaCloud, you may notice that the 'Holiday Remaining' is displayed in different colours. These colours indicate the percentage of leave allowance that the employee has left:

Red

When the 'Holiday Remaining' is shown in red, it means the employee has used a significant portion of their leave allowance, more than 90% of their total holiday has been used.

Orange

When the 'Holiday Remaining' appears in orange, it indicates that the employee has used a moderate portion of their leave allowance, more than 60% of their total holiday has been used.

Green

If the 'Holiday Remaining' is displayed in green, it means the employee has used only a small portion of their leave allowance, and they have up to 100% of their total leave days still available.

These colour-coded indicators help you quickly assess your employees' leave status and ensure efficient management of holiday allowances.

By monitoring the colours of the 'Holiday Remaining,' column you can easily identify employees who have used most of their leave and might need to plan their remaining days accordingly. On the other hand, employees with a lot of remaining leave days can be encouraged to take time off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
