Employees are able to have a negative balance of accrued Time Off in Lieu. This means that employees are able to request or be given time off, which they then work back at a later date.

Negative balances will be clearly displayed both on the Leave Dashboard, and on the employee's Time Off in Lieu page. The amount will be displayed in red.

This balance will be visible to the employee on their Time Off in Lieu page, or on their Leave page in the mobile app.
