RotaCloud's TOIL tool allows you to add accrued time off in lieu for your staff which they can either request or be assigned as TOIL leave.

If you don't wish to use TOIL, this feature can be disabled in your account by clicking the cog icon to access Settings and scrolling down to the section 'Leave'. You then just need to untick the option 'Allow employees to accrue TOIL'.

If you would like some users to accrue and view TOIL, but keep this hidden from others, you can simply have the above setting enabled and any users who have never had any TOIL accrued or assigned will not see TOIL in their account.
