If your employer uses RotaCloud, you'll be given access to your own account. Once you're set up, you can log in to access your shifts, request leave, and more.
Receiving and accepting your invite
When your employer is ready, they will send out your invite to join their RotaCloud account - this will come to you via email. When you receive this, open up the email and click the 'Accept Invite' button.
You will then be directed to a page that asks you to enter your preferred password and continue. Your account is now set up and can use your email address and this password to log in.
If your employer has sent your email invite but you can't find it, we would advise checking your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, please reach out to our team at support@rotacloud.com and they can help.
Two-factor authentication
Your employer may require you to use two-factor authentication. This is an additional security step which requires you to provide a code (generated by a third party app) and may need to be set up before you can log in.
You may also be required to use two-factor authentication to log in. This is an additional security step which requires you to enter a code generated by a third-party app. You can learn how to set this up here.
