Shift acknowledgement allows you to see which employees have and haven't viewed their assigned shifts. To learn more about how this looks from the employee's perspective, click here.

Enabling Shift Acknowledgement

If you're an Admin user, you can enable Shift Acknowledgement in your account settings. To access this, click the cog icon in the top right of your screen.

You can then tick the option 'Enable Shift Acknowledgement' and will see a green confirmation message that it has been changed.

Viewing Shift Acknowledgement

You can see who has or hasn't acknowledged their shifts on the Rotas page.

Once your shifts are published, you will see either a green or red tick under each employee's name showing if their shifts are acknowledged or not. If the tick is green, all shifts for that week have been acknowledged. If it's red, some or all have not been acknowledged.

To see more detail about which exact shifts have and haven't been acknowledged, click the sort and filter menu in the top right. Here, you can tick 'Shift Acknowledgement'. Each shift will then have a green or red tick on it indicating if the employee has acknowledged it.
