At the top of the Rotas page, you will see a Tools menu which can be accessed by clicking the spanner icon. The below breaks down what each tool does and who it's available to.

Bulk actions | Admins, Managers* | Pro | Filter down shifts and make changes to them all at once. |
Calendar feed | All users | Standard | Create a feed from RotaCloud to your personal calendar showing your shifts. |
Clear week / month | Admins, Managers* | Standard | Delete all shifts from that week/month on that Location. |
Employee grouping | Admins | Standard | Choose to show your staff sectioned off by their Group, Default Role, or not at all |
Print rota | All users | Standard | Print the rota for that week/month and choose what you would like included |
Reorder employees | Admins | Standard | Customise the order your staff show in on the Rotas page |
See deleted shifts | Admins, Managers* | Standard | See a list of shifts deleted (via the Rotas page) who deleted them, and when |
