If you need to move an employee's shift to another rota, you can do this in just a few clicks. This can be done by all Admin users, and Managers who have permission to edit the rota.
Moving a shift to a new Location on desktop
To move a shift to a different Location, head to the Rotas tab. There, you can click on the shift you'd like to move and will see a pop-up shift box. Within the pop-up box, click the dropdown that says the current Location - you'll then be able to select another to move the shift to.
Moving a shift to a new Location on the app
In the app, you can simply tap on an existing shift (either on the Rotas list-view, Rotas grid-view, or the Shifts tab) to see details of it. At the bottom of the page, tap 'Edit shift' and you can then tap on the current Location of the shift to change it.
Once you've made the change you need, simply tap 'Update Shift' and the shift will be assigned to the new Location.
