Shift Acknowledgement allows your staff to confirm when they have seen their shifts. You can then view this on the Rotas page in either week or month-view.

Enabling Shift Acknowledgement

If you are an Admin user, you can enable Shift Acknowledgement in your account settings. Click the cog icon in the top right to access Settings. On the right, tick the second option down 'Enable shift acknowledgement' to enable the tool.

Seeing who has Acknowledged

With this setting enabled, you can see which staff has seen their shifts on the Rotas page. If you can't yet see any acknowledgement information, you may need to enable this by clicking the 'Sort & Filter' option (via the slider icon) in the top right and ticking 'Shift acknowledgement'.

You will then see ticks beside each shift - if the tick is green, the shift has been acknowledged (viewed) by the user. If it's red, the shift has not been acknowledged.

There is also a tick beneath each employees' name - this will be green if all shifts have been acknowledged or red if any shifts for the week are not yet acknowledged. You can also hover the ticks to see more information on this.
