If you have forgotten your RotaCloud password, or simply want to change your existing password, this can be done on both the RotaCloud app or via a desktop.

If you have access to your account but would like to update your password, you can do this on the app by logging in using your existing details, and tapping the three lines in the top right of your screen. From the menu, select 'Change password'.

You'll then be asked to enter your existing password and, below that, the new password you'd like to use. (Your new password must match the list of criteria listed in italics).

Once you have entered your new password, simply tap 'Change password' and this will be saved.

If you have access to your account but would like to update your password, you can do this on desktop by logging in using your existing details, and clicking the cog icon in the top right of your screen. From the menu on the left, select 'Password & Security'. Here, you can enter your existing password, then your preferred password.

Once done, click 'Save' and you can now log in with your new password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this via a link sent to the email address in your RotaCloud account.

When attempting to log in to RotaCloud, you will see an option for 'Forgot password'. Select this and you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your RotaCloud account. Enter the email address and select 'Request password reset'.

An email will then be sent to this address with instructions and a link which you can follow to reset your password.
