If you use Tevalis for your EPOS systems, RotaCloud allows you to set up an integration which will feed your actual revenue costs into RotaCloud and populate your Rotas budgets section.

Please be aware you will need to use RotaCloud Pro to have access to the budgets section on your Rotas page. To learn about the features RotaCloud Pro offers, click here.

Where data feeds from and to

Your 'Actual revenue' figure will pull from Tevalis to RotaCloud and show on your Rotas page in the 'Revenue' section.

To ensure your accounts syncs correctly, ensure your the names of your 'Sites' in Tevalis match the names of your 'Locations' in RotaCloud identically.

Please be aware that this integration is one-way, no data will feed from your RotaCloud account to Tevalis.

How often does data pull through

Your data will pull through from Tevalis to RotaCloud once a day. This will populate the previous day's 'Revenue' section on the Rotas page.

Getting your Tevalis API key/GUID

To give your RotaCloud account access to your Tevalis revenue data, you will first need to get your company ID and API key/GUID from Tevalis. To do this, please reach out to Tevalis' support team. Details of how to do this can be found here:

This gives access to all data in your account - ensure this is not shared with anyone who should NOT have access to this.

Setting up your integration

Once you have your company ID and API key/GUID from Tevlalis, this will need to be added to your RotaCloud account. To do this, click the cog icon in the top right of your screen to access your account settings. Using the menu on the left, select 'Integrations'.

In your integrations list, click 'Tevalis' and then 'Link Accounts'.

Enter the codes provided by Tevalis in the relevant boxes and click 'Link accounts'.

Once done, your accounts will be linked and your data will feed over once daily and update in RotaCloud.
