RotaCloud allows you to set up a feed so all your shifts and leave show in your Apple Calendar.
Setting up a shift or leave feed on your phone
To create a calendar feed on the app, open the menu in the upper-right corner, and tap 'Calendar. Select either 'Shifts' or 'Leave' at the top of the screen, and the tap 'Create feed'. You can then tap 'Copy feed'.
To add this to your calendar, on your iPhone, go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords, and select 'Add Account'.
Click 'Other' then 'Add Subscribed Calendar'. Here you can paste the URL generated from Calendar Feed option under 'Tools' on the rota - this will then feed through to your calendar on your iPhone.
Setting up a shift feed on desktop
You can create a calendar feed of your shifts from RotaCloud to your chosen calendar software. (If you're an Admin, you can choose to set up a feed of all shifts on the system or just your own). To do this, go to the Rotas page, then the 'Tools' menu at the top of your screen. Select 'Calendar feed', choose whose leave you would like to feed into your calendar (if applicable) and copy the link.
You then need to open Apple Calendar, select File, then New Calendar Subscription.
Paste the link generated from RotaCloud into the Calendar URL field and your leave will show in your Apple Calendar.
Setting up a leave feed on desktop
You can create a calendar feed of your leave from RotaCloud to your chosen calendar software. (If you're an Admin, you can choose to set up a feed of all leave on the system or just your own). To do this, go to the Leave page then the 'Tools' menu at the top of the page. Select 'Calendar Feed', choose whose leave you would like to feed into your calendar (if applicable) and copy the link.
You then need to open Apple Calendar, select File then New Calendar Subscription.
Paste the link generated from RotaCloud into the Calendar URL field and your leave will show in your Apple Calendar.
