RotaCloud allows you to set up a feed so all your shifts and leave show in your Outlook calendar.

Accessing your shift or leave link on your phone

To create a calendar feed on the app, open the menu in the upper-right corner, and tap 'Calendar. Select either 'Shifts' or 'Leave' at the top of the screen, and the tap 'Create feed'. You can then tap 'Copy feed'.

Accessing your shift or leave link on desktop

You can create a calendar feed of your shifts from RotaCloud to your chosen calendar software. (If you're an Admin, you can choose to set up a feed of all shifts on the system or just your own). To do this, go to the Rotas page, then the 'Tools' menu at the top of your screen. Select 'Calendar feed', choose whose leave you would like to feed into your calendar (if applicable) and copy the link.

Adding your calendar link to Outlook

Once you've generated your feed link, you just need to add this to your Outlook calendar. With Outlook, this needs to be set up on a desktop but the shifts/leave will then show in your Outlook app.

On the desktop, open your Outlook Calendar and click 'Add calendar'. You then need to select 'From the internet'.

Next, simply paste the URL generated from the RotaCloud into the 'Link to the calendar' section, name your calendar, and click 'Save'.

Once done, your shifts from RotaCloud will appear in your Outlook Calendar.
